These questions are intended as a study aid, to stir your mind and thoughts on the article pertaining to : “ Are You Being Called?”
· Must God first invite—or call—people to become part of His family, or is it up to each of us to first call on Him? (Matt. 13:1-8, 10-11, 18-23; 22:14; Romans 8:28-30; John 6:44,65; I Corinthians 1:2).
· What immense sacrifice did God make in order for mankind to have access to Him and salvation? (John 3:16; Hebrews 2:9).
· What kind of attitude does God need to see in us? Do we need to see our shortcomings and smallness in comparison to Him? ( II Timothy 2:24-25; Isaiah 66:2; I John 1:8-9; Acts 2:38).
· What help does God offer us to enable us to have a relationship with Him? Are there any conditions to receiving that help? (John 14:16-17, 26; John 15:26; 16:7; Acts 5:32; 10:45; I John 2:3-6, 5:2-3).
· Through the gift of the Holy Spirit, God extends the opportunity for a relationship with Him, and offers each person an eternal, priceless gift. What is this gift?

· God made a covenant with Abraham and then with ancient Israel. Did God say
He would make a “new” covenant? ( Jeremiah 31:31-33 and Hebrews 8:6,8).
· What essential ingredient is needed in this new covenant? (Romans 8:13-15;
Ezekiel 36:26-28).
* Who are members of God’s family, His household? (I Timothy 3:15; Ephesians
2:19-22; I Corinthians 12:12, 27.
· What distinguishes the true disciples of God and makes them a part of the true
Church of God? (Romans 8:9; I Corinthians 12:13).
